Booking Rules & Policies

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
  • Maximum stay: Weekly bookings (extendable week-to-week with manager approval)
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    (Late check-out available for $10/hour, based on availability)
  • Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
  • Booking restrictions:
    • Property open 24/7 for arrivals
    • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
    • Room key issued only to the reservation holder, unless approved by manager
    • Payment is due at check-in
